Making chanukiot with poppop was so fun!! First he made a store with all the items we were going to use. Then we planned out our chanukiot and figured out what we needed to buy. Then we had to buy the items we wanted with fake money that my mom printed. I bought seventy tiles, some nuts, gloves and a slab of concrete. After we finished buying our stuff we went outside to build our chanukiot. For our chanukiot we used really sticky glue to connect our tiles. I also got to use a really sharp knife to cut off bits of glue that were on the tiles. It was so much fun and we had a great time with poppop!
I was trying to make my chanukiah unique so I thought that instead of just putting them flat I would stack some of them And make a cool pattern. I put the nuts diagonal because they wouldn’t fit across. I was going to put the tiles that you see in the middle in a straight line but there wasn’t enough space so I made arrows.
